33phlove Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings given below, whether used in singular or plural form:

• "33phlove" or "we" or "us" refers to the online gaming platform operating at 33phlove.net and all associated services.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers or uses a 33phlove account, whether actively playing or not.
• "Account" means the registered player profile created at 33phlove.net, associated with a unique username and verified contact details.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's 33phlove wallet, excluding any bonus or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or matching deposits granted by 33phlove under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume a player must place before bonus funds or related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the 33phlove website, mobile browser interface, and all associated games, betting markets, and features.
• "PHP ₱" or "Peso" means Philippine Peso — the sole currency accepted and displayed on 33phlove.
• "Game Providers" means the licensed third-party software companies who supply live casino, slots, and other game content to 33phlove.

To register and maintain an account at 33phlove, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Online gaming in the Philippines is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. 33phlove does not knowingly permit minors to register or play.
• You are registering on your own behalf, using your own true identity, and not acting as an agent or proxy for another person.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of 33phlove or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order with 33phlove or any other gaming platform under a shared exclusion programme.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You are not depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, and you comply with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at 33phlove. If you have previously closed an account and wish to re-register, you must contact customer support before doing so. Opening a second account without authorization will result in both accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, active mobile number, and valid email address. 33phlove reserves the right to request verification of this information at any time.

33phlove is required by its gaming licence conditions to verify the identity of its players — a process commonly called KYC (Know Your Customer). This is a legal obligation, not a choice, and it protects both you and the platform from fraud and financial crime.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any point during your time as a 33phlove player:

• Government-issued ID: Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or national ID (PhilSys).
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document showing your name and current address, dated within the last 90 days.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the GCash, Maya, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.
• Source of funds declaration: For large withdrawals or unusually high betting volumes, 33phlove may request a brief explanation of the source of funds deposited.

Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in a temporary withdrawal hold. 33phlove will never permanently withhold legitimate winnings from a verified player. All KYC documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions at 33phlove — deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). 33phlove does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. The following conditions apply:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. There is no stated maximum, though large deposits may trigger AML checks.
• Accepted payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard.
• Deposits are credited to your 33phlove wallet instantly for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.
• You may only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. No maximum for verified accounts, subject to AML review for large amounts.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 33phlove support.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Withdrawals of ₱100,000 or above may require additional identity verification before processing.
• Only real-money balance (not bonus funds) may be withdrawn. Bonus funds must meet their wagering requirement before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.

33phlove offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱) to your 33phlove bonus wallet, which is separate from your real-money balance.
• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus unless a separate reload promotion is active.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-related winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at 10–20%. Slots contribute at 100%. Sports bets contribute at 100% of settled stake. Games explicitly excluded from contribution are listed in the relevant promotion.
• The maximum bet per spin or round while using bonus funds is ₱500, unless otherwise stated. Bets above this limit during bonus play may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in their terms — typically 7 to 30 days. Unused or partially wagered bonuses expire and are removed from your account at the end of this period.
• 33phlove reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any significant change.
• Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim offers more than once — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

All games available on 33phlove — including live casino, sports betting, slots, card games, bingo, and roulette — are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the game interface or on the relevant platform section. By placing any bet or wager at 33phlove, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the game you are playing.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 33phlove cannot reverse a bet after confirmation except in cases of a proven technical error on our platform.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game — such as a disconnection before a result is settled — 33phlove will apply its technical failure policy, which prioritizes a fair outcome for the player. Details are available from customer support.
• For sports betting, 33phlove follows standard industry rules for event postponement, abandonment, and void markets. In general, postponed events where play did not begin are voided and stakes returned. Events that start but are abandoned mid-way are typically settled on the result at the time of abandonment, depending on the specific market rules.
• 33phlove reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or at manifestly incorrect odds. Players will be notified and their stake returned in these circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the game or betting interface at 33phlove. These limits may vary by table, market, or player account tier.

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 33phlove and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of account balance and winnings:

• Registering more than one account at 33phlove under any name or contact detail.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written approval from 33phlove.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds display, or game malfunctions for financial gain. If you notice an error, you are required to report it to customer support immediately.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of cheating that gives you an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players — for example, in live poker or card game rooms — to gain an advantage through coordinated action.
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Attempting to deposit using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33phlove staff or other players through the live chat or any other communication channel.

33phlove reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false registration information.
• The account shows evidence of fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct.
• Legal or regulatory requirements compel 33phlove to do so.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 33phlove may withhold and forfeit the account balance, bonus funds, and any pending winnings. Where a player voluntarily requests account closure for responsible gaming purposes, their real-money balance will be returned via their last used payment method after identity verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 33phlove account for any reason may do so by contacting customer support at support@33phlove.net. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

33phlove is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Online casino and sports betting should be enjoyable leisure activities, not a source of financial stress. The following tools are available to every 33phlove account holder at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, limits cannot be raised for 24 hours. They can be lowered immediately.

• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose in a single session, day, week, or month.
